Stratham features an historic town center located north of the southern border near Stratham traffic circle at the junction of Routes 33 and 108. Centered around the Historical Society building, it represents the best tradition of a small New England town. A village market, bank and the new post office building nearby are all in keeping with the this classic feel and represents home to residents.
The intent of this district is to provide limited commercial, instutional, professional, and personal services uses in the Town Center along with residential uses.
