The intent of this district is to permit professional and residential uses in areas on streets with high traffic volumes which now have a mixture of residential and professional uses but where the trend has been conversion to professional use. These areas are frequently abutted on the rear by residential neighborhoods. The intent is to permit limited professional and personal service use while buffering residential neighborhoods from disturbance and disruption.
The types of businesses in this zone are: engineering, architectural, medical offices and Exeter Health Resources, SPCA.
