The New Hampshire Division of Economic Development and its Office of Business and Industrial Development (OBID) work to expand the economy of the State and the opportunities for its citizens by assisting existing New Hampshire industry and promoting New Hampshire as an excellent place in which to do business. The support offered to existing businesses seeking growth and expansion, as well as the assistance given communities and their development organizations, directly impact the State's industrial diversification and the generation of improved employment opportunities for its expanding population.
In order to assist new industries to identify those sections of the State most appropriate to their needs, and to promote the efficient use of the State's resources, OBID maintains information on available industrial properties. It was the need to respond quickly and objectively to these business inquiries which developed into the New Hampshire Economic Development Data System. (NEDDS). NEDDS inventories all industrial properties offering up-to-date information which, in turn, is made available for the promotion of our State. We welcome your participation and support of this effort.
The database is divided into two separate areas, AVAILABLE BUILDINGS and AVAILABLE SITES AND INDUSTRIAL PARKS.
